German Speaking Customer Support Cybersecurity & Digital Protection
Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

We are looking for a professional German-speaking Cybersecurity Support Specialist to join our dedicated protection this role you will be the primary point of contact for our DACH-region clients helping them navigate the complexities of digital security while you enjoy the high quality of life that Greece offersfrom the vibrant city life of Athens to the beautiful Mediterranean coastline.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Resolve German-speaking user inquiries regarding malware encryption software and identity protection.
- Consultation: Guide B2B and B2C clients through the installation and optimal configuration of security suites.
- Incident Management: Document technical vulnerabilities and escalate high-priority security threats to the global engineering team.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level German and professional English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
- A strong interest in IT security network privacy and digital troubleshooting.
- A professional calm approach to problem-solving under pressure.
