Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve streaming quality issues account security concerns and device compatibility for German-speaking subscribers.

- User Engagement: Use advanced CRM tools to manage multi-channel inquiries with a friendly professional tone.
Candidate Profile
- Native/C2 level German and professional English.
- Essential: EU Citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- A passion for digital media film and the latest tech trends.
