Your Mission
- Architectural Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical resolution for German-speaking B2B clients navigating complex SaaS environments and cloud migrations.

- Knowledge Management: Maintain rigorous technical documentation and contribute to the evolution of our cloud-based knowledge base.
Requirements
- Native/C2 level German and professional fluency in English.
- Valid EU Passport or a current permit to work in Greece (Non-negotiable).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for cloud-based infrastructure and digital transformation.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts with the clarity of a Greek philosopher.
