Handle B2C inquiries regarding products orders returns and general service issues.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday

Requirements
German C1 level (mandatory)
English B1/B2 level
Good computer and communication skills
Valid EU residency card or refugee card (minimum 1-year validity)
Relocation Support
Hotel accommodation arranged by company
Advance salary: 1056 BGN net (optional paid within 5 working days)
Travel reimbursement: up to 490 BGN (paid after 6 months travel documents required)
Important: In case of early contract termination within 6 months advance and travel support may be reclaimed
