Customer Service Representative (German & English)

What Youll Do
Provide customer support via email and phone.
Handle B2C inquiries regarding products orders returns and general service issues.
Work in an international team environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional service to represent a premium global brand.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training for continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary: 3895 BGN
Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
Shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 8-hour rotating shifts within the timeframe (details provided upon hire)
Weekends off
Training
Provided at the start of employment

Requirements
German C1 level (mandatory)
English B1/B2 level
Good computer and communication skills
Valid EU residency card or refugee card (minimum 1-year validity)
Relocation Support
Hotel accommodation arranged by company
Advance salary: 1056 BGN net (optional paid within 5 working days)
Travel reimbursement: up to 490 BGN (paid after 6 months travel documents required)
Important: In case of early contract termination within 6 months advance and travel support may be reclaimed
