Role Overview
We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international Booking project in Athens. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer support while ensuring accuracy professionalism and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
After an initial on-site period of 9 weeks remote work may be considered depending on individual performance and readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Croatian and English

Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and service requests

Handle questions updates and general support through approved channels

Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow internal procedures quality standards and service guidelines

Deliver a professional and customer-oriented experience
Requirements

Fluent Croatian written and spoken

Good command of English for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work in a structured fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
