Job Summary
Diabetes Medical Devices Project

Role Overview
We are looking for a Germanspeaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting users of Diabetes Medical Devices. You will provide highquality customer support while working in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday 24/7 Rotative Shifts
- 2 Rotative Days Off per week
- Night Shift: 22:00 07:00
- The night shift team is small so coverage may be required occasionally during the month
- Candidates must be comfortable with a full 24/7 rotation
Languages Required
- German: C1 or higher
- English: C1
Salary Package
- Base Salary: 1100 per month (paid over 14 months)
- Additional Allowance: 400 per month (paid over 11 months)
From December onwards there will be no retention bonus for the Search Engine and Website Solutions projects.

- Paid in 12 monthly installments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
