MARKETING ANALYST MIT Federal Credit Union to transform insights into impactful strategies; gather analyze and interpret customer and marketing data to understand customer behavior measure performance identify trends and optimize marketing strategies. This is an opportunity for a motivated self-starter to establish marketing analytics for the department from the ground up.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Statistics Math or a related quantitative field; a minimum of five years of experience in marketing analytics data analysis or a similar role; agency or in-house marketing experience; strong analytical mindset; proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau Power BI Google Analytics or similar; experience with SQL Snowflake Tableau Excel and data visualization techniques; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo HubSpot Salesforce); a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics; solid understanding of market research methods; excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently; excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; and comfortable presenting insights to internal stakeholders with varying levels of seniority. PREFERRED: Financial industry experience.
