Senior Technical Project Manager Voice Systems
Location: Bethesda MD
Peraton is looking for a dynamic technically driven Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Voice Systems team. In this role you will lead critical initiatives that directly support the safety and reliability of U.S. air travel.
What Youll Do
Lead Program Execution: Define plan and manage the full lifecycle of complex network infrastructure and software projects from concept through deployment.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across RAN hardware software and systems integration teams as well as external vendors to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
Manage Technical Risk: Proactively identify mitigate and track technical risks dependencies and bottlenecksparticularly within network deployments.
Enable Strategic Alignment: Ensure technical deliverables align with broader business objectives program priorities and long-term timelines.
Communicate with Impact: Deliver clear concise project updates dashboards and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
12 years of experience leading complex technical programs or projects including:
End-to-end project planning and execution
Network infrastructure and/or software project management
Cross-functional team leadership (RAN hardware software systems integration)
Vendor coordination and technical risk management
Schedule dependency and milestone tracking
Stakeholder communication reporting and dashboard development
Bachelors degree in computer science management or a related field or an additional four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Target Salary Range
$146000 - $234000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
