Job Summary
This position requires strong organizational skills web expertise typographic skills/understanding basic web/app development ability and knowledge and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.
Key job responsibilities
Design within brand style and seasonal guidelines for multi-channel campaigns
Leverage design templates tools and systems to deliver asset volume at scale
Hands-on production and output of multi-page responsive web experiences
Responsible for cross-functional distribution and publishing of those assets
Proofing and reviewing experiences prior to launch ensuring the highest quality is delivered
Find efficiencies in workflows and leverage innovative technologies for improvement
Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Successful candidates in this role have:
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in web content management application(s) knowledge of basic coding and image optimization
Strong typography layout and basic animation skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented with all production and design details
- Have an available online portfolio
- 2 years of design experience
- Experience working with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience working across teams and synthesizing feedback from multiple teams/owners
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Knowledge of current industry standards
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products workflows or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
