DRAWING TECHNICIAN 1st Shift

Were looking for a Drawing Technician to join our 1st shift team. If youre dependable detail-oriented and ready to learn something new wed love to meet you. No prior manufacturing experience No problemwell train the right person who brings a great attitude and strong work ethic.

What Youll Do:
Set up and run fiber drawing machines (well teach you how)
Handle raw materials and prep them for production
Use basic measuring tools to make sure everything meets specs
Keep detailed records and follow documented procedures
Follow all safety rules and wear the right protective gear
Stay organized stay on task and help keep things running smoothly

What You Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A solid work historywere looking for people who stick with it
A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Great attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable reading instructions and recording data in English
Reliable transportation and the ability to work your scheduled shift
You must pass E-Verify a background check and a 9-panel drug screen

• 1st Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00AM 2:00PM
• Starting Rate: Typically begins at $20.00/hour within the pay range listed below
• Pay Range: $20.00 $21.36/hour based on experience
• Future Benefits : Medical Dental Vision FSA HSA Disability Insurance Group Life Insurance; 401(k) with company match; Annual PTO: 120 hours 10 paid holidays
• Hiring Note: New hires for this position are initially placed with CoWorx Staffing Agency for a minimum period of 3 months prior to hire by Incom.
