What Youll Be Doing
Build and manage deep KOL relationships in plastic and reconstructive surgery
Spend significant time in the field and in the OR gathering clinical insights
Lead surgeon-facing education including labs dinner programs and events
Translate surgeon feedback into messaging campaigns and field tools
Support sales and represent the organization at major industry meetings
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Direct experience working with plastic surgeons is required
Strong understanding of biomaterials and off-label use in plastics
Comfortable engaging surgeons in private practice settings
Able to operate independently in a highly field-driven role
