Job Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Follow individualized care plans
Observe and report changes in client condition
Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
Qualifications
Active CNA license (for CNA applicants) or PCA training/experience
Compassionate dependable and patient-focused
Ability to work independently in clients homes
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to pass background check and health requirements
