Job Summary
- Bonus based on performance

- Prepare accurate and compliant estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility when applicable)
- Estimate mitigation and reconstruction jobs for self-pay and insurance claims
- Submit estimates within carrier and program SLAs (typically 24 hours)
- Communicate with project managers office staff and adjusters
- Respond to revisions supplements and estimate questions
- Ensure proper documentation photos and line-item justifications
- Experience with restoration estimating (water fire mold reconstruction)
- Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple estimates under deadlines
- Insurance program and carrier experience preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Start part-time (2030 hours/week)
- Clear path to full-time (40 hours/week) based on performance and workload
- Hourly pay with opportunity for increase upon transition to full-time
