- Relevant B-degree completed.
- Min 2-4years experience in a similar role from student accommodation or low income residential rentals.
- Proven experience negotiating with existing clients for leases or renewals and conclude deals
- Well versed in Afrikaans and English.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites essential.
Remuneration:
- R240K C.T.C. per annum excl lucrative monthly incentives if targets reached
