As a Business System Process Manager you will also be responsible for:
- Personaly buildsPower BI dashboards endtoend (data model measures visuals refresh)
- Actively uses Generative AIto accelerate reporting automation documentation and analysis
- Creates automation workflows themselves(Excel Power BI Power Automate Teams SharePoint scripts etc.)
- Does NOT rely on DT / IT resourcesto design or deliver solutions
- Works directly with stakeholders across functions to:
- Collect and standardize data
- Make it easy for people to input data
- Make weekly priorities and actions visible
- Proactively request inputs for reports with clear timelines
- Removes administrative and coordination burden from leaders by:
- Automating reminders reporting and followups
- Creating clear dashboards and action views
- Turning data into actionable insights not slides

To be successful in this role you will:
- Built Power BI dashboards used weekly by leadership
- Automated recurring reporting / admin tasks
- Created data entry workflows for crossfunctional teams
- Standardized Excel / Power BI / Teams usage across functions
- Reduced manual coordination or reporting effort through automation
- Used GenAI tools to accelerate reporting analysis or documentation
