About the Role
- Position: Disability Support Worker
- Employment type: Permanent Part Time
- Work location:Scope SyndalSocial Connections
- Hours of work:Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (30 mins unpaid break)
- Total hours per fortnight: 55
About You
- Ability to support participants with daily living activities while ensuring safe and confident engagement within the community.
- A collaborative team member who contributes to Scopes Day Program by supporting access inclusion and participation for adults with disabilities.
- Experience supporting clients to achieve their personal goals hobbies and interests through a personcentredapproach including activities such as sports and games art and crafts and community outings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintainpositive welcoming relationships with families colleagues and external service providers.
