In this role you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial building projects such as offices retail healthcare education and mixed-use facilities. You will be analyzing architectural and engineering drawings specifications and project requirements to determine labor material equipment and subcontractor costs.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Qualifications:

3-5 years millwork estimation experience
Experienced in preparing detailed cost estimates quantity takeoffs and bid proposals for commercial projects.
Skilled in subcontractor coordination budgeting and value engineering to deliver accurate and competitive pricing.
Sales experience is a PLUS
