Job Summary

The Opportunity: General Manager

Location: Fort Mill South Carolina (Charlotte metro area)

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide overall leadership for facility operations ensuring alignment with business objectives customer expectations and safety standards
Own full financial performance for the operation including profitability cost management and growth initiatives
Lead develop and retain a high-performing cross-functional team
Drive operational execution across production engineering coordination and supply chain functions
Support and maintain strong customer relationships serving as a senior point of contact as needed
Champion continuous improvement efforts to support efficiency quality and scalability

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Proven leadership experience in operations manufacturing or general management roles
Strong business and financial acumen with experience owning results
Ability to operate effectively in complex fast-paced environments
Hands-on accountable leadership style with strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving

Experience Level:

7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations manufacturing or general management
Prior responsibility for operational and/or financial performance
Experience supporting growth change or scaling organizations

Compensation:

$160k - $180k Competitive and commensurate with experience
