Associate Attorney Litigation (Dallas TX)
Our Dallas-based law firm clients are actively seeking Litigation Associates to join their growing practices. These roles are ideal for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility mentorship and long-term growth within collaborative teams.
What Youll Do
Handle a broad range of litigation matters which may include commercial litigation general liability product liability employment or insurance-related disputes
Draft pleadings motions and discovery
Take and defend depositions (depending on experience level)
Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy
Appear in court and participate in hearings as appropriate
What Firms Are Looking For
27 years of litigation experience (varies by role)
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Texas bar admission (or ability to waive in)
Experience in state and/or federal court preferred
A collaborative proactive mindset
