Youll step into a primary care role focused on outpatient adult and senior populations. Youll provide comprehensive care including preventive screenings in-office procedures (suturing joint injections skin biopsies wound care) and chronic disease management with full support from a dedicated care team and leadership.

Youll practice in Milwaukee Wisconsin with access to the citys lakefront views vibrant cultural scene world-class breweries and a rich culinary reputation while enjoying a cost of living below the national average and a welcoming Midwestern community.

No nights weekends or in-hospital call (call shared among providers)
Max patient panel of 650 averaging 1012 patients per day allowing time for thorough unrushed visits

Base salary of $260000 up to 20% bonus potential
Opportunity to impact quality metrics (HEDIS patient satisfaction)
Use of EMR with collaborative multidisciplinary team

You are Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
You enjoy serving adult and senior populations in an outpatient setting
Youre comfortable performing in-office procedures and managing complex chronic conditions
You value team-based care and a mission-driven practice
Fellowship in Geriatrics a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $260000 up to 20% bonus potential (total potential $312000)
Health insurance: 100% employer-paid for employee-only Basic Plan
