About the role
The role willdirectly supporttheregionalFP&A teamswithforecastingbudgetingandtheanalysis ofInternationalsfinancial and businessperformance;as well asregionalfinance support. TheSr Financial Analystpossessesa solid understanding of the business direction and needs of the practice and offers solutions based on industry and geographical trends. TheSr Financial Analystshoulddemonstrateexcellent customer service technical ability and execution of end-to-end projects while developingownleadership styledecision-makingand process improvement skills.
What your days will look like:
Forecastingresponsibilities:
Prepares the consolidation of regional budgets and forecasts andensuringaccuracyconsistencyand alignment with regional requirements.
Assistin preparation ofthe quarterlyforecastcommentaryanalysisandpresentations.
Assistwithquarterly forecast andannual budgeting processesincluding updating and amending thecountrytemplates
Month end responsibilities:
Analysemonthly financial performance against key business metrics and document financial highlights against strategic/business plans and budgets
Monitoring and chasing AR and following up on querieswith relevantcountry
Assistwith monthlyregionalreporting
Perform reasonableness checks on the accuracy of thesalesdatabaseand challenge and follow up withrelevantcountrieson the accuracy of their salesentries
Regional financeinitiatives:
Support regional finance initiatives including processstandardisationand system enhancements. Drive adoption on FP&A bestpracticesacross markets ensuring consistency inmethodologyand reporting.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on regional transformation.
Assistwithad-hocfinance deliverables including analysis summaries datareconciliationandreporting
Communicationrequirements:
Establish andmaintainrelationships with other Finance team members across Protiviti to ensurebestpractices andconsistency
Communicate with various levels of practice personnel andrespond to practice personnel questions/issues as theyarise
Act asa liaison between Protiviti Finance Country Market Leaders and International Accountingteams
Participate inregionaltask forces asnecessary
Attend office meetings andtrainingsas
Act asa role model and mentor for others and help create a positive work environment that fosters open communication among all teammembers
Participate in civic and other activities outside of work to enhance self-development and contribute to thecommunity
Preferred Qualifications
ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountantpart-qualified or a finalist

Similar experience in a related field preferably in professional services
FP&A experience ideally within a multinationalorganisation
Advancedskills in Microsoft applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Protiviti practices a hybrid working model which is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our key stakeholders. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client project team and other business factors. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our offices. Remuneration and Benefits
Starting salaries are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience skills and geographic work location.
Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance cover life assurance pension scheme and receive up to 25 days holiday per calendar year. Protiviti also recognises up to 10 paid holidays each calendar year and additional benefits as part of the Robert Half Enterprise.
