Role Description
The Club General Manager is the senior leader responsible for the overall vision performance and member experience of the Brasada Ranch Club. Serving as the primary face of Club leadership this role oversees all Club operations facilities programming and member engagement in alignment with Brasadas brand values and business objectives.
Reporting to senior resort leadership the Club General Manager provides strategic direction and operational oversight for the Club including leadership of the Director of Club Experiences and the Athletic Fitness Center Manager. This position ensures that all Club touchpoints-from lifestyle programming and events to fitness recreation and facilities-are seamlessly integrated consistently elevated and deeply aligned with member expectations.
General Responsibilities
Club Leadership & Strategy
- Provide overall leadership vision and strategic direction for the Brasada Ranch Club.
- Serve as the primary ambassador and leadership presence for Club members fostering trust engagement and long-term loyalty.
- Partner with resort executive leadership to align Club operations with broader resort goals brand standards and financial objectives.
- Champion a culture of hospitality excellence accountability and continuous improvement across all Club functions.
Member Experience Oversight
- Ensure the end-to-end member experience is cohesive elevated and consistently delivered across all Club touchpoints.
- Oversee member engagement strategies onboarding experiences communications programming and feedback loops in partnership with the Director of Club Experiences.
- Maintain active visible engagement with members to understand expectations address concerns and strengthen relationships.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive member matters ensuring thoughtful resolution and brand-aligned outcomes.
Operational & Facility Oversight
- Provide executive oversight of all Club facilities and amenities including fitness pools recreation spaces Club Room and member-exclusive areas.
- Directly oversee the Athletic Fitness Center Manager ensuring excellence in daily operations safety staffing programming and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure Club access safety protocols and facility standards are consistently upheld.
- Partner cross-functionally with Resort Operations Guest Services and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Financial Management & Business Performance
- Maintain accountability for Club financial performance including budgeting forecasting and expense management.
- Review and analyze operational and member performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure Club benefits programming and amenities deliver clear value and remain competitive within the market.
- Support membership growth and retention strategies through experience excellence and operational integrity.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead mentor and develop Club leadership team members including the Director of Club Experiences and Athletic Fitness Center Manager.
- Establish clear expectations performance goals and accountability structures for Club leadership roles.
- Foster a collaborative service-driven culture that empowers teams to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.
- Support hiring training and succession planning across Club operations in partnership with People & Culture.
Governance Compliance & Representation
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations applicable to Club facilities and operations.
- Represent the Club in interactions with members prospective members real estate partners and internal stakeholders.
- Uphold Club policies procedures and standards while evolving them to meet changing member needs.
Skills Experience & Leadership Profile
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in private club management hospitality resort operations or luxury lifestyle environments.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams across experience fitness recreation or member services.
- Strong business acumen with experience overseeing budgets forecasts and operational performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a highly visible approachable leadership style.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership when needed.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex member relationships and expectations.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of driving consistency standards and results.
- Experience working in member-driven amenity-rich environments strongly preferred.
