Pay: $20.00$22.00/hr (DOE) Weekly pay
About the Role
Great Basin Staffing is hiring two General Laborers for a fast 1-day commercial kitchen install. Youll help unload heavy equipment move it into place uncrate/peel wrap assemble light furnishings and keep the work area clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload semi-trailer with 50 lb commercial kitchen equipment (team lifts/material handling).
- Move equipment into the building; position per site direction.
- Peel plastic uncrate equipment and dispose of packaging (break down cardboard/film).
- Assemble basic items: tables chairs shelving.
- Maintain a clean organized work area; follow crew lead instructions.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly; stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable punctual safety-minded; follow directions and site protocols.
- Full PPE required: hard hat grip gloves safety glasses hi-vis vest or T-shirt steel-toe shoes.
- Basic hand-tool familiarity (Allen keys wrenches screwdrivers).
- Valid ID for site check-in; eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Construction Experience Highly Preferred
Schedule & Logistics
1 day full shifts (expect 810 hours/day; possible OT if needed).
Indoor/outdoor transitions; loading dock and finished-space handling.
Paid via W2 standard payroll cycle.
