As an Invoice and Payments Product Associate in the Global Invoicing and Payments team you play a key role in supporting payment operations and process enhancements. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment and billing issues
- Recommend and implement process improvements including automation
- Prepare reports dashboards and presentations to monitor key performance indicators
- Ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance through audits and documentation updates
- Manage service level agreements standard procedures and process maps
- Lead and deliver training for internal teams and suppliers
- Create and manage project plans for business and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate regularly with senior management to drive continuous improvement
- Support integration of teams and suppliers into payment and billing systems
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
