About the Role
ISS STOXX is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology data and process optimization. Owning system administration automation integrations and data quality youll be the goto expert for HubSpot. Working closely with crossfunctional teams youll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that elevate our marketing and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot System Administration & Support
- Manage HubSpot workflows landing pages forms and user permissions
- Maintain integrations especially Salesforce HubSpot
- Oversee data quality including cleaning validation and maintenance
Development & Automation
- Design build test and deploy HubSpot solutions
- Create automation workflows nurture campaigns and performance dashboards
- Support new features enhancements and thirdparty tool integrations
Collaboration & Troubleshooting
- Work with marketing sales and client services to improve processes
- Diagnose platform issues and resolve them within defined SLAs
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
Process & Quality
- Follow configuration change management and release best practices
- Support data imports/exports and enterprise system integrations
- Participate in QA testing deployments and postlaunch support
Experience & Expertise:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in IT; 1.5 years in marketing automation (HubSpot Eloqua Pardot or Marketo)
- 1 year scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred)
- Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of HubSpots data and security model
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables formulas XLOOKUP)
- Ability to thrive in an Agile environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
