Location: Palmer AK 99645
Schedule & Shift: Variable Night Shifts (12-hour shifts)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care and support in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on ensuring resident safety comfort and continuity of care during night hours while supporting the nursing team.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive resident care during overnight shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) repositioning and mobility
Monitor residents conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns
Maintain a safe calm and supportive nighttime environment
Accurately complete required documentation and shift reports
Qualifications
Active Alaska CNA certification
Previous night shift experience preferred
Reliable patient-focused and proactive approach to care
Strong communication and observation skills
