Job Description:

The Sales Enablement & Training team is responsible for the development and deployment of processes toolstraining and communication that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively and efficiently. Our work directly contributes to sales efficiency revenue performance and employee morale.

Patterson Companies has an exciting opportunity to participate in our summer Internship Program! The intern will participate in meaningful work along with making contributions to team efforts in ourfast-pacedpeople-firstcorporate environment. This internship will be a hybrid position with working both remotely andon-siteat our corporate office located in Eagan MN.

As an intern on the Sales Enablement & Training team you will gain exposure to several enablement tools analyze data to prompt action support our new hire training programs development enablement & training assets. Additionally you will have the opportunity to partner and work with several areas across our corporate and Dental departments.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze and review data to support the goals of the Dental Sales organization
  • Identify trends in data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with logistics management of sales training programs
  • Gain experience with systems such as Seismic Workday and SAP/Fiori
  • Conduct training needs analyses to uncover training goals and objectives
  • Leverage tools such as Outlook Teams PowerPoint Word Articulate 360 and Snag It
  • Work with a variety of teamsincluding Marketing Finance HRand Saleson a variety of training projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications
  • Entering Junior or Senior year and currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Learning & Development Sales Marketing Business Administration or another related field.
  • Interest in adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Highly collaborative
  • Working knowledge oftheMicrosoft Office suiteincluding Excel WordandPowerPoint

The starting pay for this role is $20 - $25 per hour.
