The Job:

As a Group Product Manager youll be part of our product management team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

• Lead mentor and develop the Cleaning Product Management team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and own the strategic roadmap for the BLACKDECKER Cleaning portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Present portfolio strategies business cases and performance updates to executive leadership driving alignment and influencing decision-making.
• Serve as the principal liaison between the Cleaning team and partners in Engineering Marketing Supply Chain Sales Finance and Operations ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Integrate market research competitive analysis and consumer insights to shape product development and identify new growth opportunities.
• Oversee the annual business planning process for the Cleaning portfolio including revenue margin and market share targets; monitor performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Guide the identification development and launch of new products and line extensions; manage product lifecycles to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement in product management processes tools and best practices across the team.

• BS or BA in Marketing Business Administration Finance Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8 years of progressive product management experience including 3 years in team leadership roles
• Proven success managing a broad consumer product portfolio
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence executive leadership
• Strong analytical strategic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with stage-gate or similar product development processes

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $95600- $145000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
