Job Summary
Hokanson Companies Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Evansville IN. This position supports a Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties located in Indiana and Illinois.
Responsibilities include client and tenant communication vendor and contractor management property inspections maintenance coordination budgeting support and invoice approval and emergency response coordination.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial property management or facilities management
- Basic understanding of facilities related needs issues and systems
- Strong organizational communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and availability for regional travel
