Im working on behalf of an award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Nottingham that is looking to appoint a Traffic Engineer to support its continued growth.

This well-established consultancy is highly regarded within the construction industry valued for its wealth of experience creative engineering solutions and consistently effective project delivery. With a strong pipeline of work across the UK they offer an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role

As a Traffic Engineer youll be involved in the delivery of transport and highways elements across a range of development projects including residential commercial and mixed-use schemes. Responsibilities will include:

Preparing Transport Assessments and Transport Statements
Undertaking junction modelling and traffic analysis
Supporting planning applications with robust transport evidence
Liaising with local authorities clients and project teams
Contributing to innovative and practical transport solutions

About You

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering Transport Planning or a related discipline
Experience working within a consultancy or similar professional environment
Understanding of UK highways and transport standards
Familiarity with junction modelling software (e.g. ARCADY PICADY LinSig)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
