Job Description:
You will own and optimize the Quality Assurance function within the Operations division redesigning processes from first-principles to drive efficiency. This high-visibility role involves using SQL-driven analytics to uncover insights managing a team and collaborating with Product Engineering and Data Science leadership to scale operational outcomes across the business.

What you will do:

Review and evaluate current workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Interpret complex datasets using SQL to unlock insights that drive customer satisfaction and strategic improvements.
Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing end-to-end delivery of key cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
