About the Role: Join our growing team as a Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant where youll lead and support payroll implementations for clients across multiple geographies including the US Canada and other global regions. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering world-class payroll solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Dayforce payroll implementations for global clients.
Configure Dayforce payroll modules to meet country-specific compliance and business requirements.
Collaborate with client stakeholders across HR Finance and IT to ensure successful deployment.
Conduct system testing data validation and go-live support.
Provide training and post-implementation support to client teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations and systems.
Proven experience implementing Dayforce Payroll for US Canada and global clients.
Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Dayforce certification(s) or formal training.
Experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a global environment.
