The Role
Were looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team and deliver exceptional service strong team culture and day-to-day operational excellence.
You will
* Lead from the front and set the standard for outstanding guest experiences
* Be hands-on and present on the floor
* Coach develop and inspire a high-performing team
* Manage daily operations with care consistency and attention to detail
About You
Youre a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely loves looking after both your team and guests.
You:
* Have proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role
* Are confident leading coaching and developing teams
* Lead with warmth accountability and integrity
* Are highly organised operationally strong and service-driven
* Take pride in creating memorable guest experiences
