Quality Improvement Coordinator RN

Work hours: Full-Time (40 hours) Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
What Youll Need
- Associates Degree ADN graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Bachelors Degree BSN in Nursing is highly preferred.
- In addition to the ADN or BSN a Masters Degree in health-related field preferred.
- Three (3) years RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
- One to two (1 to 2) year(s) experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement highly preferred.
- RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire.
- Acute Heart Attack Ready Certification (AHAR Joint Commission Program) experience is highly preferred upon hire.
- CPHQ Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is preferred upon hire.
Your skills for success:
High level skill set with the following applications: Microsoft Outlook Teams Excel Word PowerPoint. Must have ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear concise and professional manner with various audiences. Understands and appreciates the sensitive and confidential nature of quality safety and performance improvement activities. Working knowledge of regulatory standards patient care standards and practices performance improvement tools and data collection and analysis. Ability to collect interpret analyze and present information to help inform organizational operations and decision making.
