High level skill set with the following applications: Microsoft Outlook Teams Excel Word PowerPoint. Must have ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear concise and professional manner with various audiences. Understands and appreciates the sensitive and confidential nature of quality safety and performance improvement activities. Working knowledge of regulatory standards patient care standards and practices performance improvement tools and data collection and analysis. Ability to collect interpret analyze and present information to help inform organizational operations and decision making.
