Were looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who leads with positivity thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while supporting and developing a strong service team.

What Youll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences

• Supervise coach and motivate hourly team members to perform at their best

• Maintain Omni service standards while fostering a welcoming upbeat team culture

• Assist with scheduling training and onboarding of new associates

• Monitor service flow guest satisfaction and quality control during shifts

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally turning challenges into opportunities

• Support inventory opening/closing procedures and adherence to safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate closely with managers and culinary leadership to deliver consistent excellence

What Were Looking For

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality leadership experience (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong communication interpersonal skills and enjoy leading by example

• A guest-first mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-volume resort environment

• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

• Passion for hospitality teamwork and continuous improvement
