Job Summary

Duties/responsibilities:
Provide exceptional internal and external guest service while maintaining a professional presence on the casino floor.
Supervise and direct security officers to ensure compliance with departmental procedures and gaming regulations.
Ensure the safety and security of employees guests property and company assets.
Maintain knowledge of and enforce applicable state and local gaming laws and regulations.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies disturbances and safety incidents.
Monitor casino operations to identify and address security risks policy violations or suspicious activity.
Coordinate with Surveillance Management and law enforcement as necessary.
Complete accurate incident reports and required documentation.
