About the Role

You will be responsible for initiating monitoring and maintaining IV lines ensuring compliance with clinical standards and supporting multidisciplinary teams in acute and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely insert manage and monitor IV lines.
- Administer IV medications and fluids according to protocols.
- Assess patients for IV-related complications and intervene promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid license.
- Demonstrated competency in IV therapy (certification preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and units.
