Lead and scale yfoods global e-commerce business as a core pillar of the omnichannel growth strategy driving revenue profitability and international expansion in close alignment with local market and retail priorities.
- Full ownership of the global E-Commerce P&L (DTC and Amazon) including revenue margin pricing promotions and product offering
- Lead E-Shop & Tech Stack (Shopify) Performance Marketing and CRM teams
- Own forecasting budgeting and integrated business planning across markets
- Drive international market roll-outs and use e-commerce as an enabler for retail and omnichannel expansion
- Scale performance marketing conversion and Customer Lifetime Value including subscription models
- Evolve CRM towards retention- loyalty- and lifecycle-driven growth
- Own the e-commerce technology and UX roadmap to ensure scalability and speed
- Act as strategic counterpart to Influencer Marketing as part of the acquisition and mid-funnel setup (non-disciplinary)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 812 years of experience in E-Commerce Digital Growth or performance-led businesses
- Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial mindset
- Deep expertise in performance marketing CRO and CRM
- Experience in international and omnichannel environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Englisch C1))
