Job Summary

Role: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Michigan City IN

A mechanical engineer with experience in Design Development of a product and Life cycle management of a product

Preferred working experience on boiler product components & assemblies

Perform 3D modeling drafting design modifications ECO/ECR activities and data migration processes to maintain industry standards.

Perform Legacy Design Conversion to modernize and improve outdated components.

Good knowledge of Tolerance stacks up and GD&T.

Knowledge on design analysis using DFMEA DFM & DFA

Experience working with Offshore/ remote team & coordination.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering

Overall 10 Years of experience

Experienced in Solid works AutoCAD and CorelDRAW

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge of Vault & ERP system

Strong knowledge and background of manufacturing environment of mechanical products

Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams & cross-country teams.
