Job Description:

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have or be able to obtain UK Eyes Only SC/DV Security Clearance via the UK Intelligence Community (UKIC) process.

LOCATION: Portsmouth or Stevenage

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK

Airbus Defence and Space are looking for a Technical Publications Manager reporting directly to the ILS Manager you will be responsible for producing and issuing technical data and publications to support a wide range of Secure Communication projects.

These may vary from multiple short-term assignments to large complex programmes lasting several months or years.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Configuration and Management of Technical Data & Publications.

• Production and issue of Technical Data & Publications.

• Update Technical Data & Publications as required.

• Issue regular progress reports to customer

ABOUT YOU

• An understanding of the delivery of technical data/information manuals to MoD.

• Knowledge of production standards particularly S1000.

• Ability to write edit and translate complex technical data into clear publications and manuals.
