Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Je zorgt voor tijdige hoogwaardige en voorspelbare diensten aan onze vastgoedklanten. Dit omvat zowel verwerking als klantondersteuning rond:

• Kredietrevisies

• Kredietwijzigingen

• Royementen

• Aflossingen

• Verlengingen

• Monitoring van de portefeuille

Daarnaast draag je bij aan jouwCircleom te zorgen voor effectieve processen en om te blijven voldoen aanpolicies risicobeheer en compliance in onze dagdagelijkse werkzaamheden.

• In het bezit zijn van een Bachelor diplomaof gelijkwaardig doorervaring.

• Ervaring in de vastgoedsector hebben of bereid zijn om je echt te verdiepen in de wereld van vastgoed.

• Ervaring met kredietverlenging is een pre.

• Uitstekende kennis hebben van de Nederlandse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

• Bij voorkeur de Engelse taal machtig zijn (pluspunt).

• Over goede communicatieve vaardigheden beschikken.

• Secuur flexibel en stressbestendig zijn.

• Het vermogen hebben om binnen een Agile omgeving optimaal te functioneren.

What are you going todo

As a Circle Member Real Estate at ING Business Banking you are the commercial and expert specialist within your Circle when it comes to real estatelendingand you advise Business Banking customers with real estate financing issues. From our office in Amsterdamyouand your Circle work closely with fellow circle members supportteamsand other specialists. As a portfoliomanageryou have end-to-end responsibility for the entire chain. You ensure the best possible mix of the various financing options andare responsible forsound coordination between all relevant specialists from other ING departments/business units. You are also responsible for proactive creditmanagementand you contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Your responsibilities and talent

You are a knowledgeable and analytical authority in the field of real estate lending. You also have the personality and commercial skills to interact directly with customers and prospects at various levelsproperly assesstheir needs and respond in the best way possible with yourexpertise. You work well in ateam;either as a team member or as the portfolio manager. But you also excel when working independently always going for gold.

Apart from that you have:

• aHBO or university degree;

• knowledge or experience in the real estate sector ispreferred;

• at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate and/or bankingindustry;

• in-depth specialist knowledge of complex financing issues and business creditfacilities;

• experience in structuring financing and writing creditproposals;

• sound (credit) analytical and numericskills;

• an excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
