Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant EPM ARCS
In this role you will be responsible for ARCS implementation/Support for one of GENPACT customer.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the design and development of Oracle ARCS. This position will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. This position will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. This position will provide solution architecture for the business problem platform integration with third party services designing and developing complex features for clients business needs.

Architect to help design and implement existing Capital TLM application into ARCS.
Collaborate with business and functional team as architect and technical experts team to ensure successful efficient implementations of ARCS for various use cases related to transaction matching.
Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas.
Partner with GE IT and Finance functions to define business requirements and translate into technical requirements
Aid or participate in developing application design as per functional requirements.
Design and deliver functional architecture strategy with leading practices through all phases of ARCS implementation.
Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution aligned to business goals.
Provide business and functional expertise by collaborating and engaging with both functional and IT teams.
Participate in design workshop to confirm requirements and user stories.
Configure attributes for various profiles such as Segment Process Risk Rating Frequency Account Type and Aging profiles.
Configure Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles.
Configure the profiles in ARCS utilizing following methods: Balance compare Tracking Only Account Analysis Transaction Matching.
Configure auto match types/rules in Transaction Matching module
Configure workflow setup/approval process in addition to required user security configurations
Create EPM Automate Batch scripts to automate and make the account reconciliations process touchless.
Set up integrations from source systems through Data Management to the ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules Skill set required as part of this engagement

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
ARM Implementation & support experience
ARCS Implementation experience
