Reports: Head Propsal

15 Years of experince in SCM Prefarbly from Infrastructre Wasre wataer managemnt Irrigation and Waster waster sector.

Roles:

Vendor Identification & Prequalified: Identify evaluate prequalify vendors sub contracts for vendors tender requirement.

Floating Enquires - Issue IRF Approved vendors based on tender BOQs ans specification

Quatation Management - Collect review and compile vendor quotation for technical and commercial evaluation

Technical Coordination: Liase with engineering and tendering

Cost Benchmarking: Prepare cost comparsions and minimum database of standard rates for key materials and services

Vendor Management: Suppot in commercial negotataion to obtain the most competitive pricing and terms.

Documentation & Compliace: Ensure vednor documents certificate and compliance requirements are completed and in line with tender condidtions

Subcontract Support: Assit in identifying and finalizing subcontractors for specialized works

Procurement Planning Inputs: Provide inputs on procurement lead times sourcing risk and market trends.
