Job Summary
-
Head and manage the complete billing function for construction projects (RA Bills Final Bills Client Bills).

Prepare verify and certify contractor and subcontractor bills as per BOQ drawings and contract terms.

Coordinate with site teams planning and accounts for accurate measurement and billing.

Ensure timely submission of client bills and follow up for certifications and payments.

Handle reconciliation of quantities variations extra items and deviation statements.
-
Monitor cost control material reconciliation and work completion reports.

Ensure compliance with contract conditions statutory norms and company billing procedures.

Maintain billing MIS project-wise billing status and cash flow reports.

Support audits client queries and dispute resolution related to billing.

Guide and supervise billing engineers and ensure accuracy in documentation.
