ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to partner with business teams across HR Audit Workplace Procurement and Global Security. This is a business facing role responsible for translating complex operational needs into scalable user centric ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes challenges and transformation opportunities across HR Audit Workplace Procurement and Global Security.
Design and recommend optimized business workflows aligned to ServiceNow capabilities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery groups.
Drive requirement gathering process mapping and solution validation activities.
Ensure processes are standardized compliant and aligned with organizational governance models.
Support platform adoption through change enablement training and communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong domain expertise in HR Audit Workplace Procurement or Global Security.
Deep understanding of end to end business processes and workflow optimization.
Proven experience in business consulting process design or ServiceNow functional roles.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and facilitation skills-must be able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Ability to simplify complex problems and articulate clear actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD Procurement Operations GRC/Audit Workplace Service Delivery or Security Operations.
Certifications in ServiceNow or business process/lean methodologies (nice to have).
