Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
Required Skills
- Associates degree or higher
- 5 years of experience in full stack application development
- 3 years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development
- 5 years of hands-on experience C# including building APIs and server-side logic
- 5 years of experience in SQL Server.
About the Project:
- Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has applications that are being supported with sunset
- technologies. The applications support the compliance security registration and management
- of responsible gaming database (problem gamblers) functions within MGCB.
- The objective of this project is to modernize the legacy IT applications used by the Michigan
- Gaming Control Board (MGCB). This will be achieved by rewriting them using current supported technologies thereby mitigating risks associated with end-of-life applications and
- ensuring ongoing operational support for MGCB business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern
- frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers DevOps engineers testers and business analysts.
- Ensure clean code practices proper architecture patterns and adherence to
- development standards.
- Participate in code reviews agile ceremonies and DevOps deployment processes.
