Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications:

Full Stack Developer needed in Plano (hybrid 3 days onsite) with React TypeScript CSS Python Postgres Cosmos Azure App Services and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Must have experience with GenAI and Agentic AI including creating and deploying LangGraph agentic workflows plus runbooks and knowledge bases.

Copilot/Windsurf proficiency required.

Grafana a plus.

Front End
Strong experience with React TypeScript and CSS
Experience building responsive reusable UI components
Back End
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
Experience creating deploying and maintaining agentic workflows using LangGraph
Understanding of agent orchestration state management and tool integration patterns Data
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred)
Cloud / DevOps
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience deploying to Azure App Services
Experience building CI/CD pipelines
Operations & Ways of Working
Experience creating runbooks and knowledge bases
Familiarity with reusable archetypes / reference patterns

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Grafana (dashboards monitoring alerting)
Observability and production support experience
Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Additional agent frameworks (LangChain Semantic Kernel etc.)
