Location: Irving TX (On-site)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in Retail domain to lead and manage QA teams for enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on technically strong and capable of driving quality across multiple testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA team members including task assignment mentoring and review
Define and implement QA strategies test plans and testing standards
Coordinate with business stakeholders developers and product teams
Ensure high-quality delivery across functional regression and automation testing
Provide clear status updates and reports to leadership

Required Skills

10 years of overall QA experience
Strong Retail domain experience (mandatory)
Proven experience leading QA teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java
- Selenium
- API Testing (REST services)
