Job Description
Program/Project Manager:
This role provides the structure and coordination needed to connect business priorities technology strategy stakeholder priorities and operational execution.
Program manager will orchestrate the entire transformation guiding the team through vendor selection building consensus defining KPIs and aligning resources and deliverables to organizational goals.
A dedicated Program Manager will ensure that crucial steps like stakeholder engagement governance and cross-team alignment do not fall through t he cracks hence preventing delays miscommunication and strategic drift.
The Program manager will ensure that all efforts are measured and tracked creating accountability and transparency during the critical ramp-up phase.
