Job Summary
Otolaryngologist opportunity in Sacramento CA
Join an established well-respected multispecialty group of 150 clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50 APPs/other professionals) that has been caring for the countys residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and operated. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years then they are invited to become shareholders.
About the Position:
- Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists
- Full-time general adult practice (some PEDS); no cosmetics
- Ear surgery experience a plus
- Shared practice-only call (1:7)
- No ED Call

Compensation & Benefits: Professional Support:
- 18-month salary guarantee: $549601
- Productivity Model (WRVU) Starting month 19
